I'd like it everywhere! Right now it's a mix. If I go to put in a maintenance window it's in 24 hour format. If I click into a monitor and I look at a timeline it's in 12 hour. The graphs are in 24 hour on the same page. Scrolling down I see the down/trouble history record and it's in 12 hour. If I go to Alert Logs it's in 12 hour format.
A simple option to have the whole site in 24 hour and YYYY/MM/DD format (or whatever other choices are common) rather than the random mix we seem to have at the minute.

We have now supported the 24 hour format for all our reports and dashboards. To choose the 24 hour format goto MyAccounts > "Hour Format for Reports".
