alert group or security group to manage maintenance events

it appears that an operator who creates a maintenance page is the only person who can edit/delete unless you are admin or greater.  It would be a great feature to have some sort of group to manage the people who could add/delete/modify maintenance events.

Dear Scott,

   Yes, super admin, admin and operator only can create maintenance windows and maintain them. Admin/super admins can manage the people. I'm not sure if I understand you correctly here. If you can elaborate on your cases possibly with an example it would be great.
