In Mobile APP once alert assign to engineer can others get pop message on APP that Engineer working on it.

Thanks for raising this.
Would you like to get push notifications once the alarm is assigned to an engineer? Would you need any specific user role (Super Admins, Admins) in Site24x7 to get notification(s) for alarms assigned to an engineer?
This would help us better implement the feature. Let us know for other specific requirements as well, if any.
