Now site24x7 does not support associate alert user group to monitor group.
Users must associate user alert group to the monitor one by one.

Dear Team,
We are working on a feature that will allow you to get alerts when a section of this monitors in a group changes status. It's in the development stage will keep you posted on the developments on this.
