Looks like the Auckland NZ location has been down for over 24hrs. The site24x7 test IP's are now all coming from AU despite NZ being selected for the monitors. Is there any update on this and if it will be back up?
There was a similar issue last week on the 13th which saw the response time significantly increase due to the change in monitor location without any notification. I contacted support to get an explanation and to ask if there was any issues on the Auckland location. To which I received the response:
"Analyzing the case, we could see that the response time spike is due to first-byte time"
This type of response is simply not got enough. Please provide more transparency in your support and let customers know if a location is down.
