Hello,

We are seeing data inconsistencies for outage START TIME in availability Summary Report ( www.site24x7.com/api/reports/availability_summary?period=0).

When we ran the Summary report at different time intervals after the outage, seeing different OUTAGE START TIME.

We ran the report with following period constants - 0, 0 ,and 3.

And Observed that last run gave the correct information. 

Please share ideas why is this happening.
