Can we monitor Atlassian confluence with Site24x7?
I know we can monitor atlassian Jira but steps for confluence not provided in site24X7. Please suggest

If it is a web front-end you should be able to monitor it. We run Confluence in our company and we monitor it fine with an HTTP/HTTPS monitor.
Are you looking to monitor Atlassian's page that you noted or your instance of Confluence?
If it is your company's instance, you may need to use the on-premise poller system if it is only accessible from inside the company's network. www.site24x7.com/help/getting-started/on-premise-poller.html
I would like to monitor APM metrics of confluence by passing javagent jar to startup script. I can see there are steps provided for Atlassian Jira(www.site24x7.com/help/apm/java-agent/install-java-agent-in-jira-server.html) hence would like to if any specific steps for atlassian confluence

You can monitor Confulence application using APM Insight Java agent. Kindly follow the same instructions of JIRA for Atlassian Confulence applications.

Actually Confluence & Jira are different, however i implemented site24X7 for confluence, for sometime i got metrics but later most of metrics iam not getting apart from JVM heap.
Site24X7 working fine for JIRA but not confluence
