I tried to create a new milestone marker for a monitor but the option is greyed out and I can only add new markers from Admin > Milestones > Mark Milestone but that would be a global milestone. Any ideas or maybe I'm missing something.

PD. Also I've noticed that my username in this forum is an ID instead of my user.
