It would be great to have a comment section in monitors.
And example would be able to put links or information in a monitor about troubleshooting a monitor.
Even a small field, like 255 characters would be helpful.
This would be particularly useful and time saving when backup staff are monitoring and would direct them quicker to internal resources and documents on the issue, instead of having to go searching for it.
When a monitor goes into a troublestate, click it, and instantly get an internal link to documentation on that service/service/whatever.

We use the notes section in the inventory tab from a monitor for remidation tips or links for further documentation.
maybe this fits also for your requirements.
