Stay informed about critical anomalies with confirmed anomaly alerts

Hi all,
To avoid missing critical anomaly spikes, we have decided to send you anomaly alert emails. Starting from December 2025, users will begin receiving these alert mails. These mails are sent to ensure that you don't miss critical issues even without Zia-based anomaly detection.

Who will receive these mails?

  1. Users who have not configured Zia-based thresholds will receive these mails.
  2. These mails will be automatically triggered when a confirmed anomaly is detected.

Why confirmed anomalies matter?

  1. A confirmed anomaly is a high-severity negative deviation in a resource’s behavior.
  2. It indicates that the anomaly persists across multiple checks and can impact the performance or availability of a resource.
  3. As it might accelerate into an outage, a confirmed anomaly requires prompt attention.

What should you do to stop receiving these emails?

If you prefer not to receive these mails, here is how you can disable anomaly alerts:
  1. Log in to Site24x7.
  2. Navigate to Admin > Configuration Profile > Anomaly Settings.
  3. Toggle to No.

Notes
This setting is applicable for all configured anomaly alerts.
If you need any further information, please feel free to contact us at support@site24x7.com

Happy monitoring!

Best regards,
