Regional growth and adoption
Driven by accelerated adoption across enterprise, government, and public sector organizations, ManageEngine recorded 20% growth in the UAE in 2025. This growth was largely supported by a strong partner network and an increased adoption of key solutions such as Endpoint Central (unified endpoint management), ServiceDesk Plus (unified service management), and Site24x7 (cloud-based observability platform). The growing integration of cloud solutions, particularly in the BFSI sector, has also played a major role. This shift toward cloud-first strategies is fueled by cost efficiency and easier compliance with regional and industry regulations.
Certifications and compliance
The UAE data centers have received the CSP Security Standard Certificate from DESC (Dubai Electronic Security Center), enabling Zoho to serve government and semi-government entities in addition to local businesses.
The data centers comply with globally recognized security and continuity standards, including:
- ISO 27001
- ISO 22301
- ISO 27017
- CSA STAR Level 2
Additionally, Zoho’s Dubai office is ISO 27001 certified, further reinforcing our commitment to data security, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
