Default webhook

We use webhooks in Third Party Integrations exclusively for alerting. This works great, but there is one drawback. Newly created monitors don't have webhooks assigned and thus have no alerting. We need to either manually set the webhook or set it on intervals through the API.

 

Would it be possible to add the option to set a default webhook when a monitor is added?

Hi,

While creating webhooks select the integration level as 'All Monitors' so that it will be assigned to all monitors by default.Hope it helps to get alerts for all the monitors.

Hi Sathya,

This is indeed an option I evaluated, but then that hook will be used for all monitors, which is not what we want. We want to be able to set a default webhook, which may or may not be changed afterwards. If you set it to all monitors, it will always be used.
