Error in WinHttpSendRequest 12002

Dear Team,

The Agent automatically stops and also domain, IP and port has been whitelisted/open.

Also no proxy has been placed in the environment.  Kindly guide us for this issue

Hi,

Please follow the troubleshooting steps given in this article if the server monitor fails to show up on your Site24x7 web client even after successful installation of the agent.
 
 
If the issue still persists, please send the agent logs to support@site24x7.com for further analysis.

Please follow the troubleshooting steps given in this article to fix this issue. We believe that the above user also resolved the issue the same way, as they did not share their logs to our support ID.

We recommend you to follow that article and check if the monitor shows as Up. If the issue still persists, please send the agent logs to support@site24x7.com for further analysis.
