It would be nice if we could add monitors to site24x7, but prevent them from sending alerts. On Third Party Integration level one would be able to set tags that would "mute" certain monitors.
Thanks fort raising this. I assume you do not want to raise tickets and have SLA for resources that you test, yet you want it to be monitored. Is this thinking behind asking for this feature? Or is there some other reason?
Its a good feature to have for a cloud environment governed by tags. Will check the feasibility on implementing this feature. Will let you know once we have a clear roadamp.

For third Party ingratiation, would be great if it was a clickable option or better yet, setup by monitor group. I have what I call Tier 1 / Tier 2 and Tier 3 apps. We only want Tier 1 applications to integrated with the Third Party Help Desk (which is ServiceDeskPlus)
