On the definition of SLA we require a way to indicate that servers or services are part of a High availability solution (Or cluster solution).

This should affect SLA calculations in the following Way:
Site24x7 should consider an outage only if all elements of the High availability solution are not available.

Examples:
This applies to create SLAs for DNS services (Multiple DNS servers), HA cluster database, etc.
