Site24x7 Monitoring does provide an option to upgrade the Site24x7 Server monitoring agents. The option to upgrade the Site24x7 Server monitoring agents in older version can be found in the Admin tab under Monitors section by selecting the 'Bulk Action' option present in the top right.

We are yet to provide an option to push upgrades to the plugin from Site24x7 console. We will keep you posted.
