I have setup a User Group, and configured given users to be notified via Email/SMS/Phone
but, when the alert goes out to the group with only EMAIL notification to the other users.

getting the SMS/text msg alert.
How do I ensure all users in the group assigned to the Monitor get
BOTH email and text/sms message alert?

Hi eberan,
Alert Settings is configurable at user level. You can find it in Admin - User Management - Users and Alerts - Click on the desired user name. In the opened popup you can configure Alert Settings for that user. Check our help document for more information.

The Phone numbers for alerting can be configured under 'Admin' -> 'User Management' -> You can click on each user and update the phone numbers -> You can select the 'Notify Medium' for alerts. Please scroll down further for 'Alert Settings', in which you can specify the type of alert that needs to be triggered for each monitor status change.
Each monitor is associated with a user group to receive alerts. If the user in the specific group has Phone/SMS alerts enabled under 'Alert Settings' for his user account, the same will be triggered.
