I'm adding my internet links under WEB > ISP LATENCY.
Using this options I have a few metrics, like latency, jitter, hop count etc, but I see nothing about packet loss.
Indeed, I have notifications if the packet loss reach 100%, but only for 100%. I need to get some notification if the packet loss reach 20% (warning) and 40% (trouble), for example.
Is there a way to do that using ISP LATENCY montoring? I can go to PING monitoring but it doesnt seem to be the best way.

We do not have support for this requirement at the moment. We will take this up in the coming months and keep you posted on the same.
