We have actions set up to pass Site24x7 alerts through to a central alert management tool (OpsGenie in our case). The standard Incident parameters give us all the right detail about the alert but don't give us an easy way to get back to the affected monitor in Site24x7, we have to navigate there manually.
I'd like to see the Monitor Summary URL passed through with all the other parameters so users can click through (they may have to log in to site24x7 first but that's fine).
There is already a Link for the RCA (if it has one) called $RCA_LINK, we want you to add one like it called: $MONITOR_LINK
e.g.If the summary page for one of our monitors is: https://www.site24x7.com/app/client#/home/monitors/12345000000012345/Summary then pass this string through with all other parameters so we can have a "click here to view the alert source" link in our notifications.
An alternative would be to just pass the "12345000000012345" part and we could build the URL we wanted around it.
