Hi,
I would like to integrate Site24x7 with statuspage.io
I know it is currently not supported to automatically integrate Site24x7 with this 3rd party, so I tried to use API messages, but I need PATCH and only POST and GET are currently available.
Do you have any advice?
Kind regards,
Filip Ostrowski
Hi Filip,
Thanks for writing to us here. It’s great to see you improvise on Invoke url IT Automation to overcome a limitation.
We will support PATCH method soon in Invoke url.
PS: Please follow this topic to get a notification of any updates in this post.

Hi Filip,
Could you please tell us your use case why you wanted to use statuspage.io ?
We have released new Status Page product/incident communication tool Signals which has almost all the features supported by statuspage.io. Please check the screenshot below
If your expected feature/use case is not solved by our new Signals, kindly let us know. We would be happy to implement the same in Signals.
Please check out some of the features supported by our Signals below
* Subscription - Can subscribe to status page updates via email.
* Component group support.
* Customizable logo, footer, back ground color, text color etc. per status page.
* Can automate component status update via email and Site24x7.
* Can view status page data in browser time zone and also has option to change timezone and much more...
Please try out and offer your valuable feedback and suggestions.
Check out Signals demo here.

Signals looks promissing but there are some unique features to StatusPage.io that we are missing in Signals at the moment
- Internal (private) status pages where an user needs to authenticate with our Google domain to get access
- Status of third party components like Google, SalesForce, Azure etc without us needing to setup monitors
- Ability to change status of component via PagerDuty. example: Site24x7 only provides part of out monitoring, a service or component can still have an incident that I want auto updated on my status page if I get a Pager Duty Incident
regards
Jeroen
Hi Jeroen,
Thanks for your feedback.
We would add the features raised by you to our road map and we will update this thread once we implement them in Signals.

We are yet to start work on this Filip. Will post here once we make it live.
-Jasper
Hi Filip,
The feature is currently in development. We'll update once done.

Hi Filip,
We are done with the development for this. Its now in testing phase. Should be live in a couple of days. We had some unforeseen problems and hence the delay.

Hi,
We have provided Signals (beta version) access only to PAID users of Site24x7. Signals GA would be released very soon. Please bear with us.
-Laxmikanth
Sorry Filip, my reply was for the other user (un54464551619641715r79id) and not for you.
As Jasper said the feature you have asked for should be live soon. Please bear with us.

Can you expand on why you need the PATCH method? Would you be updating the site24x7 monitor from statuspage.io? If I understand correctly, PATCH is used to make partial changes to an existing resource.
You mentioned PagerDuty, are you looking to push changes from the PagerDuty incident to Site24x7 via a statuspage.io page?
Have you reached out to Statuspage.io about this issue? They should be able to assist in getting Site24x7 integrated on their end.
I don't work for Site24x7, just wondering about your specific use case and why you would want to patch the Site24x7 monitor when all you need is that status and you can get that via 3rd party integration using a post method where Site24x7 would post the down/trouble/up status to the status.io API.
If you are trying to resolve an alert in Site24x7 I would say that pushing a status change via PagerDuty or other tools would not be best. If the issue is resolved, Site24x7 will recognize that the monitored endpoint is up again and resolve the outage then statuspage.io would be updated from there via the integration pushing the status change.
Hi Filip,
Support for PATCH is available in Invoke URL/ REST API automation.

Thanks Filip. If you had noticed in the image we now support PUT and DELETE methods as well.

Was looking at Signals and noticed you state a limit of 10 status pages per account. That seems low if I wanted to have multiple status pages for specific business/customer units.
Hi whmp78,
In beta release, we restricted to 10 pages/account. Once we release GA, the limit would be raised based on the subscription pack.
Thanks,
Laxmikanth
