We are excited to announce the latest updates aimed at enhancing the performance and management of Customer Groups. These improvements will streamline group organization, boost efficiency, and ensure better control over Customer Groups.
 
Here's a summary of the key changes:

Customer Group limits: Each Customer Group is now capped at a maximum of 20 customers, ensuring easier management and optimal performance within groups.
Simplified customer grouping: Customers can now belong only to one Customer Group, reducing duplication and maintaining a cleaner, more structured organization.
User group association: A single user can be associated with up to 10 Customer Groups, providing flexibility while preserving a well-organized hierarchy.

Performance optimizations and UX enhancements:

Group-based views: We've introduced group-based views in the Customer and Alarms section, enabling users to see only the customers and alarms relevant to their selected Customer Groups. This update streamlines workflows and simplifies navigation.
