hi all, I'm wondering what options there are in the roadmap for MSP level reporting. A really useful thing we need to know, for example, is what Services and Processes have been defined for monitoring, across all customers. If we could produce an exportable report, we could then see what service monitors we're missing. Is there a chance of this functionality coming?

Apologies for the late reply.
As of now this is possible only on an individual customer level and not across multiple customers. We will look into the feasibility of this, and add it to our product roadmap.
