Dear Juan,
May be you have missed to look at the alarms tab where all such operations can be performed. You can mute alerts at a monitor group level by clicking on the Mute Alerts button from the Alarms tab.

Can you please share the screenshot of the Alarms page please. Is the "Mute Alerts" button disabled or not visible? It seems you have the required permission for you to execute the action.
