Hi there, we have a team of 10 people, who take a week in turn to be
on-call out of hours, so if anything alerts overnight, it?s their turn
to react. Is there any way within the site24x7 config, I can configure
the notification profiles to be easily, or preferably dynamically
changed to the email address of one of the 10 techs, possibly based on
a calendar. I?m sure there must be a way of doing this somehow,
so would be interested in any ideas of achieving this?.
