Hi,
Please check the feasibility of giving an option to end users to customize Incident templates by modifying the fields as per their business requirements. Currently all we have is a predefined templates and we cannot add anything to it.

We do provide option to modify existing predefined templates and also add new templates. Please find navigation below.
And please note this feature is available only for GREEN status pages, you can find pricing details here.
