Hi Slawek,
At present, there is no api for fetching only the last polled value. However using the performance report api, you can get the raw polled values for a given period.

Pass any one location for the api call. But in response, check chart_data > LocationResponseTimeChart node (PFA) for all monitored locations' page load time.
