I wish to pass parameters in the headers of my http response so that they can be sent to pager-duty. This is not possible right now with the [global] parameters. These are limited to random numbers, guid, or datetime.now.

What kind of parameters do you want to pass? You can ideally pass any custom parameters in the pager-duty integration (or any integration for that matter).
