I would be great if you could add the Poll Strategy & Value to additional (or all) threshold for the Windows Agent monitor type.

The option to alert only after a certain time is missing from 'Context switches', 'Processor Interrupts', 'Disk Busy Percentage', 'Running Process Count Threshold', 'Processor Queue Length', for example. Which of course means even brief spikes in these values causes an alarm.
