Hello,
What ever happened to the Status page layouts? We use to have an option to select formatting. Please see attached image.
We still have previous reports showing it, but cannot create new reports with it as is no longer an option.

Hi,
Regarding status pages, after our client revamp, we are allowing only layout 1 for new status pages. Users who have created status pages with different layouts earlier, will continue having the same old layouts being displayed.
The layouts 2 and 3 are deprecated and we are working on revamping Layout 1. Meanwhile, we are curious to know why you would prefer the Layouts 2 and 3 which were available in the old client. Do you feel we are missing on some features in the existing layout?

L1 is way too simplistic. L3 provided the timeline bar in a quick and visually appealing way.

Please include the other layouts. Upper management was used to those
layouts and could read them faster, instead of clicking on a link to
show more information. They could see the downtimes. The layout
currently in use it too simple and doesn't look as professional.
Please bring the status page layouts back online for the 3 choices.

Hi,
We will bring our old layout back. However when you look at it there is only theme change between them as major differentiator. Hence we will merge them to be a single layout and provide. Just curious to know, which layout is used by your upper management and what data they look for ?
Moreover the new status layout has more features which are yet to be brought into our old layout. Those enhancements also there in the cards.
We will have this released in a phased manner.
