I am here to ask and discuss my current issue.

I monitoring our company website with web transaction monitors (browser). Previous week, we received downtime report from site24x7.
In report, site was down at 7:54 AM but report mail was received at 8:21. Total delay time is about 25 min.
Configuration are as follow - 

- Check frequency - 5 min
- Poll count - 5
- Default Threshold - REALBROWSER
- Primary location - Bangkok
- Secondary - 5 locations
- Number of location as down - 3 

So, I concern that delay issue is due to check frequency x poll count = 5 min x 5 = 25 mins
But when I check in logs, connections from primary location is not every 5 min. It is just 1 min. How they work?
I am confusing. Please discuss with me.
