[Service Update] Scheduled Maintenance of our US Data Center: July 7th, 2018 – 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM PST

Dear Customers,

We've planned to upgrade our primary data center infrastructure in the USA on July 7th, 2018 from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM PST. This upgrade will help us support our expanding server farm more efficiently.

For a seamless service during the maintenance, we'll be temporarily switching Site24x7 service to our secondary data center. We do not anticipate any interruptions in using Site24x7's service during this period. Nonetheless, we'll still monitor things very closely and keep you posted on any issues. In case you do experience any problems during this period, please feel free to contact us at support@site24x7.com. We'll update this post once the data center upgrade is complete.

To ensure continued monitoring, please whitelist the following IP addresses in your firewall policy:

8.39.54.0/23
204.141.42.0/23
65.154.166.0/24

There will be no maintenance in our Europe Data Center, and our service will operate normally.

We thank you for your continued support for Site24x7.

Abhiram,

I know the note said:  July 7th, 2018 from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM PST but just making sure, are these IPS permanent or just for during the work that was done.

Hi there,

These IP addresses were recently added to our global monitoring locations list. Since these are permanent changes and may affect your monitoring setup, we’d advise you to whitelist these IPs and other relevant ones in your firewall policy.

Thanks,

Abhiram

Is there a reason why some of the ranges in www.site24x7.com/community/scheduled-maintenance-of-our-us-data-center-july-7th-2018 aren't included in the site24x7.enduserexp.com/ response?

Our networking team relies on the site24x7.enduserexp.com/ list as it is how Site24x7 notes to automate whitelisting:

Just making sure that we are whitelisting all the right IPs and not missing anything.
