[Service Update] Infrastructure Upgrade in Site24x7 Datacenter

We will be upgrading our primary datacenter between Wednesday, December 23rd, 2015 and Monday, December 28th, 2015. You can continue using Site24x7 during this period. We expect no service disruption as all Site24x7 services will be served by a secondary datacenter, while we carry out the upgrade on the primary.

We will update here with any changes or additional information about this upgrade. If you have any questions, please contact us at support.site24x7.com or via email support@site24x7.com. Follow us at @Site24x7 and @Site24x7Cares for more frequent updates.

Update: We had a load balancer failure at our disaster recovery setup on December 25th, 2015 at 01:20 PM (PST). This resulted in an outage for 40 minutes, thus triggering false alerts. We apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Same issue for us, constantly being bombarded by false alert emails, phonecalls, voicemails and texts over Christmas, meaning we have to keep checking our servers in case they are accurate. This is really not good

Dear Site24x7 Users,

We see a handful of outage concerns raised here. We had a load balancer failure in our infrastructure on the 25th of December '2015 around 1:30 P.M. PST.   This has resulted in an outage for a few minutes, thus
triggering some false alerts to some of our customers.

We are analyzing the root cause of the issue and will keep you posted on the same.
We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Regards,
Sushma.
