We were getting push notifications to our mobile app for both our iPhones and Android cell phones when logged out of the site24x7 mobile app. There have been no known changes to site24x7. We have also uninstalled and reinstalled the site24x7 mobile app with no change. In step 5 we are not seeing logout Notification at all. So step 6 is not working for us: You can continue to receive notifications even after logging out by enabling toggle button against Log out Notification.
Looking for another knowledge page which will help us out or troubleshooting steps and setting which may need to be reviewed. So that logout notification setting will be displayed and can be turned on.

Our apologies for the confusion caused earlier. The Push notification after logout was discontinued due to security reasons.
