Site24x7 sending bad requests

Hello, I have a very basic monitor to check the availability of a static web page. Occasionally I will see the page go down in Site24x7 but still be available. Looking at the NGINX logs I see these numerous requests coming from Site24x7 that look like the following:

10.26.41.124 - - [18/Mar/2022:18:04:35 -0700] "G" 400 0 "-" "-" "-"

I was wondering if anyone has run across this issue and if so have any tips on debugging the system. I'm unsure whether this is a Site24x7 issue or something caused internally.

Dear Anthony,

While we wait for others to share any similar experience, we will try to check it from our end as well. Thank you for starting this conversation.

If your NGINX log is reporting a 400 status code then there is definitely something wrong internally.

Dear Anthony,

The IP 10.26.41.124 is not one of Site24x7 servers. Can this be  related to any of the monitoring URLs you monitor? Which url is being pinged?

Also all our requests has a user agent "site24x7" prefixed to it. Can you confirm if that's the case.
