I have a question. Some of times users have sharing music files among skype chats. so at work time users are hearing the music. In the monitoring tool, we get the user working on skype only but he is hearing music. Is there any option to monitor the sounds?

Apologies for the delayed reply. Site24x7 is a Performance Monitoring Solution for DevOps and IT Operations, we do not focus on consumer endpoint monitoring as such. If you can come up with a custom plug-in, we can try incorporating this feature.
