In most IT environments, the time accuracy of a Server is very important, especially amongst Active Directory servers' synchronization.
So, can Site247 monitors whether a Windows Server's time has drifted off from the time zone by X minutes, and alert us? Eg. the Time Zone is 2.40pm, but the Windows Server time is 2.53pm, so alerts the administrators on this time issue.
If yes, can it also do an IT automation, to automatically runs the Time Sync command, against the specified time source?

Our NTP Server monitor can do this. Configure your server as the Primary server, and a known good server (such as a public NTP server) as the Secondary server after enabling Check Synchronization. You will then be alerted if your server drifts beyond the configured threshold.

I'm trying to implement the above to monitor random servers within my domain to check their time compared to our NTP servers but i'm getting
Configuration Error : The connection to the socket has timed out in <servername>
Any ideas on what is failing? As these are internal servers i'm running the check from On-Prem Pollers.

we have trouble with time synchronisation between client and server.
Is it possible that the NTP monitor can also monitor the time drift between client and server?
Currently it seems to be that only synchronisation drifts can be detected between time servers.

Our NTP Server Monitor can monitor the time drift between the server and the client. Configure your server as the Primary server. After enabling "Check Synchronization", configure your client as the Secondary server and configure the allowable time difference between the server and client as the Maximum drift. You will be alerted if your server drifts beyond the configured maximum drift.

There should be basic functionality in the server monitor for checking timedrift. Setting up a separate NTP Server monitor for each server seems like a really bad solution.
Did you ever figure this out? And if so, how did you set it to check against a list of servers?
Doesnt look like you can do this. The server (not a time server but a standard windows server) i want to check against displays 'The connection to the socket has timed out'

We have a plugin to monitor the Clock drift in your servers and alert users in case of any time difference. Please refer to the attachment for the ClockDrift.zip file that contains the ClockDrift.py plugin.
Follow the steps to install the ClockDrift plugin:
- Install the appropriate Site24x7 Server Monitoring agent on your server. Linux | Window
- Download the attached ClockDrift.zip.
- Unzip the Site24x7 server agent's plugin folder.
- Update your respective NTP server's IP address in the plugin.
Wait for the next poll to see the ClockDrift plugin added and monitor the Clock drifts in your servers.
