Trouble Alert: The String "extra" is not present in the response

Hello - I recently started getting a Trouble Alert on one of my sites. The error is "The String "extra" is not present in the response"

This does not tell me much and I could not find anything on it on these forums, or a googs search. Anyone come across this?

Hello Justin,

We believe you have configured for the availability string in the website defacement field for the monitor and thus the trouble alert. The alert tells you that the keyword "extra" is not present in the HTML response of your site.

We would suggest you to go ahead and check the Root Cause Analysis report for the monitor for more details about the alert. Feel free to get back to us incase of further queries.
