Uptime reports - increase precision to 5 digits

For our metrics reporting our business measures us against a goal of five 9's.  Current reporting only allows 2 digit precision (e.g. 99.97%).

 

Would really like the option to run reports with 3 digit precision (e.g. 99.968%).

   This seems to be a simple change but can involve a lot of hidden work. We'll analyze the possibilities and update it. Thanks for raising this. We keep this post updated as and when there is an update.

We have a similar requirement with SLA's. We can only create SLA's up to 99% but we measure with more precision.

Hi,

Site24x7 is now offering a new option for customizing your reports where you can choose the decimal digits of precision for the availability percentage values.

For instance, two digits of precision can give a value of 99.91%, three digits of precision can provide 99.991% and four digits of precision correspond to 99.9931%. Refer to our help documentation to learn more.

And is it possible to change it in monitor status view ??
