Hi all,
To maintain and improve the reliability of our infrastructure, we’ll be carrying out planned maintenance on the Site24x7by OpManager Nexus US data center. During this period, US services will run from our secondary data center for about two weeks before moving back. Here’s what you need to know.
When is the maintenance scheduled?
This maintenance will take place according to the following schedule:
- Switchover to the secondary data center: On Nov. 21, 2026, from 04:30pm to 08:30pm PST (Nov. 22, 12:30am–4:30am UTC/GMT), we’ll move traffic from our primary data center in Quincy to our secondary data center in Dallas.
- Switch-back to the primary data center: On Dec. 5, 2026, from 4:30pm to 08:30pm PST (Dec. 6, 12:30am–4:30am UTC/GMT), we’ll move traffic back to Quincy.
All our services will stay available during both windows, and we don’t expect any major interruption.
What do you need to do?
During the maintenance, please make sure the following IP ranges are on your firewall allowlist so that your monitoring isn’t interrupted:
- 136.143.178.0/23 (136.143.178.0 - 136.143.179.255)
- 136.143.180.0/23 (136.143.180.0 - 136.143.181.255)
- 136.143.182.0/23 (136.143.182.0 - 136.143.183.255)
- 136.143.185.0/24 (136.143.185.0 - 136.143.185.255)
- 204.141.32.0/23 (204.141.32.0 - 204.141.33.255)
- 204.141.42.0/23 (204.141.42.1 - 204.141.43.254)
- 136.143.190.0/23 (136.143.190.1 - 136.143.191.254)
- 136.143.186.0/23 (136.143.186.1 - 136.143.187.254)
- 136.143.189.0/24 (136.143.189.1 - 136.143.189.254)
