Dear site24x7 Team,

currently it is not possible to alert via third party integrations for RUM and APM monitors.

We alerting via Opsgenie for all our websites.

Thanks,

Torsten

Hi Torsten,

We do have alert integrations for APM and RUM via OpsGenie. However, we see that it is not directly visible on the Edit Configuration page - we will include that.

But by default, you would receive alerts for the following parameters:

APM: Average response time, Apdex score, Error rate, Request count, Error count, Throughput, Exception count, JVM metrics(JVM CPU usage, Heap memory usage, GC count, GC time)

RUM: Average response time, Apdex score, Error count, Average front end time, Average network end time, Average back end time

To assist you further, kindly let us know your monitor details. What monitor status did you expect the alerts for - Down or Trouble status? These details will help us look into the issue from our side.

Also, are you looking for alerts for any specific parameter, apart from the above-mentioned ones?

Kindly assist us with these information for us to look into the issue further.

Regards,

Ranjani. P.S

Hi Ranjani,

sounds great. OpsGenie is exactly what we use currently.

The Default parameters are also exactly what we need.

Down and critical alerts should be forwarded to OpsGenie.

As a bonus it would be great if we can forward alerts also for app parameters like Blocking Threads or thread pool usage.

But the app parameters are not so important at first.

Thanks and Regards,

Torsten
