We're glad to inform you that we've introduced the option to view and manage Jira issues from alert emails.
In the Trouble/Critical/ Down alert emails of all the monitors for which you've created a Jira integration, there'll be an option View Ticket. Clicking this will take you to the respective issue created for the Site24x7 alert in Jira.
By default, for all the associated Down alerts emails, the option will be available. If you've enabled the Trigger incidents when my monitor is in Critical status and Trigger incidents when my monitor is in Trouble status options, then you can view the links in associated Critical/Trouble alert emails as well.
When there are more than one integrations created using the same monitor, the issue links will be provided in a tabular way.
