On call Schedule

Hello Team, 

Is the on call schedule option available? 

I can't find it under user management.

Hi Mostafa, 

Greetings from Site24x7.

The On-Call Schedule feature is available as part of the new updated version of Notification Profile. To migrate to the new profile,

  1. Log in to Site24x7.

  2. Navigate to Admin Configuration Profiles Notification Profile.

  3. Click on the Migrate button on the top right side of the page.

Once you migrate, you can navigate to:

 Admin User Management On-Call Schedule

Hi Bela,

I navigated to Notification profile but I can't find the migrate option.

As you can see in attached file there's no Migrate option in Notification profile.

Greetings from Site24x7. 

As you're an MSP admin, you can access the Migrate button at the Admin level. To migrate to the new profile, you can:

  • Log in to Site24x7.

  • Navigate to Admin>Configuration Profiles>Notification Profile.

  • Click on the Migrate button on the top right side of the page.

By opting to migrate, all your customer notification profiles will be migrated to the enhanced version. Please contact support@site24x7.com  in case of any doubts.

I found the option. does this migration step could affect any of our existing monitors?

Hi Mostafa,

Greetings from Site24x7. 

Happy to know that you could find the option. This migration will move your existing monitors to the new profile and the associated configurations will be applied. You can view the configurations by clicking on the Migrate Profile button in the Site24x7 web client. Apart from this, there will not be any other changes to your monitors.
