What is Ping test?

A ping test determines whether a device is reachable and also analyses the amount of time data travels from one device to another. It sends a "ping" of data and listens for a "pong" response. It measures network responsiveness and helps identify issues such as latency or packet loss. A fast, consistent response time indicates a healthy network.
