Ask Zia
Ask Zia is an AI-powered analytics assistant that helps users retrieve insights and generate reports using natural language queries. Leveraging ML and advanced data processing to analyze trends, it diagnoses anomalies and provides intelligent recommendations. With Ask Zia, users can quickly access key metrics, filter data, and gain deeper business insights without needing complex queries or manual analysis.
Use cases
- An IT admin overwhelmed by alerts needs to prioritize issues and identify common patterns. Instead of manually filtering groups and categories, they simply submit their question to Ask Zia: "Show me the groups with the highest outage and their primary causes." Zia intelligently analyzes alerts, grouping them by duration and issue nature, and highlights the highest-priority ones. This helps the admin quickly focus on critical issues, ensuring faster resolution and reduced downtime.
- A DevOps engineer needs to identify locations with latency issues over the weekend. With a detailed log report tracking performance across intervals and locations, finding patterns manually is like searching for a needle in a haystack. Instead, they click Ask Zia and simply ask, "When did response times peak? Is there a common pattern?" Zia instantly analyzes the data, pinpoints peak times, and suggests potential causes and remedies, enabling faster troubleshooting and resolution.
- During a discussion with the IT team, a CIO wants a clear view of system performance and behavior. Instead of manually sifting through reports, they click Ask Zia and request, "Generate a CIO report." Zia instantly compiles SLA data into a well-structured format, highlighting systems with issues and key insights. The CIO then drills down into specific problems, uncovering root causes and suggested remedies for informed decision-making.
